With this sale she broke her own record for the most expensive Downtown sale; in 2010 she had achieved it while representing both sides of the deal in the sale of the Superior Ink Penthouse for $31,500,000. Melanie is regularly featured on television, including NBCs LX Open House, CNN, Extra, and Access Hollywood. She has been nominated for an Emmy for hosting Foundations on Cozi TVan educational program about historic New York homes. She has also been featured in print, in publications such as the New York Times, the New York Post, the Wall Street Journal, Gotham Magazine, Architectural Digest, the New York Observer, and was the only woman named in Details Magazines 2013 article on the New Rock Stars of Real Estate. Born in London, Melanie lived in Sydney, Australia and Santa Monica, California before moving to Manhattan in 2000. Melanie also gives to her community as a Young Advocate for the Human Rights Watch, a volunteer for New York Cares, and an active member of the Junior League.
