About Meghan Busch

I've been involved in real estate and construction for 15 years and I am a second generation REALTOR. I am passionate about real estate and love the entire process! I started my career with a boutique custom home building company. From there, I joined a firm that specialized in management of distressed assets where I closed $237 million in residential REO properties and managed the valuation, recovery, management and sale of over 250 residential properties throughout the southeast. Most recently, I was the Director of Operations of another small construction company focusing on financial management, process development, employee relations and administration oversight. All of this provided the framework to follow my passion of buying and selling real estate. I understand the process inside and out, from finding that perfect house, to contract negotiations, inspections and closing. I am not your typical salesperson - buying or selling a home can be a stressful and overwhelming process and I will be that advocate with the knowledge and experience to seamlessly navigate to the closing table. I live in Woodstock with my husband and two young daughters. We work hard and play hard! In our free time, we love to go wine tasting, try out new restaurants and hang out with family and friends on our back porch.
