Maya knows first-hand how stressful buying or selling your home can be, and uses her down-to-earth yet passionate approach to expertly guide her clients through the process.In just 3 short years in the residential RE industry, Maya has closed over $60 Million in volume and is ranked in the top 2% of Westchester agents. She was honored as one Westchester Magazine's Best RealEstate Agents in 2021 2022and WSJ RealTrends Top 1000 in 2021. Maya is also a Team Leader and Cofounder of The Suburban Collective, specializing in real estate in the suburbs north of New York City. Maya grew up in Ardsley, and after 19 years of living in various cities around the world, she has settled back into life in Ardsley with her husband, 2 children, and 3 dogs. Having grown up in Westchester she has extensive knowledge of the area and all that it has to offer. Maya graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in Computer Science. She had a successful career at GE Capital Real Estate for over 10 years, working in their Paris, Tokyo, LA, and NY offices. This extensive experience as a Finance Manager at a global commercial Real Estate company gave her a deep understanding of the Real Estate industry and market. Prior to joining Compass, Maya started her own interior design and renovation business in Brooklyn. Mayas unique combination of real estate industry experience, renovation design knowledge and finance expertise gives her the ideal skillset in helping her clients find their perfect home or buyer.
