Max grew up in Livingston, New Jersey just outside of New York City. Heiring from along lineage of successful entrepreneurs, He has been involved in real estate his entirelife. He graduated from Livingston High School in 2013 and The University of Tampa in2017 with a bachelor's degree in Marketing & Communications.In 2017, Max alongside his brother Ryan, moved to Miami and started what is now thefastest growing custom home automation company in South Florida. Working with manyof the most recognized & respected developers, interior designers, luxury builders andhigh-end clients. He has curated a powerful and influential rolodex of high net worthclientele, with a reputation of exceeding expectations and getting deals done. He'scultivated strong relationships with some of South Florida's most powerful figures andhas completed projects in some of the most notable communities and buildings fromMiami to Palm Beach County, with a concentration in Miami Beach.In 2020, Max and Ryan, co-founded The Farbstein Team at Douglas Elliman. Offering aseamless experience for their clients and further expanding their capabilities.Max and Ryan have been featured in some of the most prominent publications includingForbes, Architectural Digest, The Real Deal, Ocean Drive, Inman and many more. Overthe last year since joining Douglas Elliman, Max has done over $30 million in closedsales and continues to set numerous records. Most notably the historic sale usingCryptocurrency for the LPH at Arte, the sale was the largest Cryptocurrency real estatetransaction in history and also set the record for highest price per foot sold in all ofMiami Beach in 2021. Max also holds the record for highest price per square foot sold inthe Ritz Carlton Residences of Sunny Isles Beach.As an up-and-coming developer and realtor, Max has made a name for himself, havingrecently completed over $45 million in new construction development alongside hisfamily. Max is very active within the Miami Beach community always looking to supportand fund various philanthropic organizations. Max is also a Mt. Sinai Miami BeachHospital Ambassador. He has earned the respect of the community through integrityand dedication to helping others.Beyond real estate, Max enjoys spending time with his family in New Jersey, New York& California. He is passionate about sports and has a love for tennis, so much so thathe is a nationally-ranked tennis player for the Crandon Park Men's USTA team.
