About Matthew Johnson

A native to the Charlotte area, you will find me to be even keeled yet hardworking, Client focused, an active listener with attention to detail, positive, gritty, highly responsive and accessible, professional, honest, and a person of high integrity. Trust is the cornerstone of every business relationship and over the years, I have always taken the satisfaction of my Clients personally. As a businessperson, earning and retaining trust centers around placing Clients first, delivering a high level of service, doing what you say you are going to do (and more), and cultivating meaningful and longstanding relationships. While each real estate deal is transactional, relationships should be built to last a lifetime. A native to the Charlotte area and real estate investor since 2003, I am well-versed with the local market and will apply my white-collar work ethic to help people solve their real estate problems. By practice, I continually educate myself daily on the financial markets and ever evolving real estate industry. Outside of work, I train 6 days week and as an avid triathlete and 3-time IRONMAN, developing and harnessing mental strength is a passion. Life is a gift and humans were built to accomplish great things with our only limitation being our own minds. My faith in God empowers me to set and pursue goals that I know I cannot achieve alone. I have built and led successful sales teams and my promise to those real estate professionals who choose to partner and work alongside me is that I will never quit working to humbly ensure you and our team succeed, grow as people, thrive, and have fun doing it.
