He was recognized as one of the youngest real estate brokers in New York City to surpass $100 million in sales in his first four years in the business. Matthews expertise spans across every borough of New York City with deep specialty in resales, new development marketing, and rentals. A true giver by nature, Matthew volunteers his time to mentor up-and-coming agents and participates in his firms continuing education. A graduate of Muhlenberg College, he started his career in investment banking before entering real estate, his true passion. Born at Lenox Hill Hospital, he grew up on both the Upper West Side and in Bergen County and currently resides in Flatiron.
