Matt has been a resident of the Brentwood and Santa Monica area for over 14 years. He feels lucky to work in a market where people from all over the world come to visit, vacation, and live. And he has built his business around these people. We may buy and sell properties, but this is first and foremost a business of helping people. My job, whether Im representing a friend, family member, or total stranger is to make sure that their needs are met in such a way that they never have to look anywhere else. They are a lifetime client and friend. Matt was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. After receiving a degree in Business from the University of Kansas in 2002, he headed west and started his real estate career in Los Angeles with Marcus and Millichap. Whether selling a large investment grade apartment building or a luxury home on the West Side, Matt maintains that the #1 focus of his day has to be the clients and friends that he represents.
