Matt has been a resident of the Brentwood and Santa Monica area for over 14 years. He feels lucky to work in a market where people from all over the world come to visit, vacation, and live. They are a lifetime client and friend. Matt was born and raised in Wichita, Kansas. After receiving a degree in Business from the University of Kansas in 2002, he headed west and started his real estate career in Los Angeles with Marcus and Millichap. Whether selling a large investment grade apartment building or a luxury home on the West Side, Matt maintains that the #1 focus of his day has to be the clients and friends that he represents.
