About Marlen Caudron
Marlen Caudron is a graduate of the University of Miami in Finance and Marketing. As a young college student in the 1990's, Marlen sat for her real estate exam in order to help her Godmother run her real estate brokerage and property management firm when she became ill. This one on one experience gave Marlen a broad understanding of the ever changing dynamic real estate market that South Florida has been and continues to be. Her Experience in contract negotiation and property management for Foreign Nationals from many countries such as Brazil and Venezuela, to name a few, gave her an upper hand in international relations management. Although Marlen branched out into different industries once she graduated from the University, she always kept her Real estate license current and has managed countless Real estate transactions including specializing in the REO market during the 2008-2010 real estate bubble.
