About Mark Moussa

Mark represents East Tennessee homeowners and future homeowners. He is committed to listening to his clients' needs and utilizing his keen negotiating skills to ensure a successful transaction. Mark, a graduate from the University of Tennessee Knoxville, with a Bachelor of Science in Communication, started his real estate career in late 2013 after 12 years as a business owner of several Verizon franchise stores in East Tennessee. He took the business skills needed to succeed in the wireless industry and applied that to his real estate career - creating immediate success. Mark joined Keller Williams, and in his very first year, he compiled an incredible 32 transaction sides closed. Asked to be Keller Williams technology director in late 2014, Mark added the responsibility. Still, it didn't take away from his ability to work with his clients one on one. In 2015, Mark put his high-level prospecting skills to work and helped 56 families. With his exceptional client service skills, Mark began researching the possibility of opening his brokerage. In 2016 he bought into a new startup franchise (NextHome). "I wanted to learn everything about this industry so that I can better serve my clients. Joining Keller Williams and being their technology director taught me systems, joining NextHome as a franchise owner taught me marketing and technology, "� said Mark. In December 2019, Mark decided to sell his franchise and become an independent brokerage. "Even though NextHome and Keller Williams had a lot to offer, I still felt the systems and technology taught at these companies missed the human element. "My new brokerage will make the client experience and customer service the core of its business; we want to be client-centric, not agent-centric, " said Mark.
