About Mark Gjomarkaj
Having lived in New York for most of his life, Mark Gjomarkaj has an in-depth knowledge of the cultural and historical aspects of its neighborhoods as well as its variety of housing stock. It is not unusual for him to constantly explore the ever-changing city seeking out more of its architecture, people, character and diverse culinary tastes. Prior to joining Corcoran, Mark had a varied career in the financial services industry. He was a marketing analyst at Bear Stearns Asset Management division focusing on equity and hedge fund products as well as servicing client service accounts. Holding a Series 7 and 66 License, Mark also held various managerial positions in the Investment Banking division of Goldman Sachs. Mark is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Hunter College with a BA in German language and literature. Armed with patience, keen analytical skill and dedication to customer service, Mark's clients are always at ease with his upfront and honest assessment of the market and their situation. "I don't feel the need to sell my clients anything.
