About Marjorie Carlson

After working with investors on several flips as an interior designer, Marjorie got her real estate license in 2015. Since then, she has overseen "fix and flips" for investors, in addition to buying and listing for her clients. Marjorie's background in interior design and renovation is very beneficial when looking for a new home or preparing to list a home. She has a large network of talented people in the design and construction communities throughout the region with whom she works closely. Marjorie particularly enjoys working with investors to find and renovate both "buy and hold" and "fix and flip" properties.
