About Maria Pascal

Unparalleled service and follow up is the hallmark of Maria's success. She has been responsible for the sale of multiple properties throughout the New York City area and the Hamptons, ranging from studio pied-a-terre to multi-million oceanfront properties. Her clients range from first time home buyers to international real estate investors. Maria's relationships go well beyond the real estate transaction and she often forms long term friendships with many of her clients. Maria is an Associate Broker with memberships with the Real Estate Board of New York, New York State Association of Realtors, and the Hamptons and North Fork Realtors Association. She is certified in New York Real Estate Sales (NYRS) , a Certified International Property Specialist (CIPS) and a Certified Elliman Rental Broker. She earned her Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fordham University and a Master's Degree in Psychology from CCNY. Maria also pursued a studies for a Master's Degree in Business from Baruch College. During her post graduate studies she volunteered her time at NYU Hospital and is proud to say she helped develop diagnostic tools that contributed to Alzheimer's research. Prior to her work in the real estate community, Maria dedicated herself to over 16 years of restaurant management where she learned the importance of customer service. Maria ran multi-million dollar restaurant businesses for her employers. Maria is a native New Yorker and enjoys her time between New York City and Southampton. She is fluent in Spanish.
