Over 25 years of conducting consumer research for Fortune 500 companies trained Marguerite Martin well in the art of listening to people's needs and fulfilling their desires. Recognizing that emotions are a very important part of the purchase or sale decision, especially when it comes to real estate, Marguerite is just as in tuned to the fact that those emotions must be validated by facts and reason to result in a sound deal. Marguerite's most unique qualities are her empathetic nature, professional manner, level-headedness, creative problem-solving ability, and interpersonal savvy in helping people to feel comfortable and confident in their decisions. Buyers and sellers who work with her get a broad education on the market as well as personal attention every step of the way through the often intricate transaction process. Experience on her Condo Board of Managers for over eight years, during which time Marguerite headed the Interviewing Committee, further fuels her knowledge of building procedures. Originally from Florida, Marguerite always dreamed of living in Manhattan. After attending college at The University of South Florida, she finally did, and moved to the Lower East Side. Marguerite has since been privileged to enjoy city life as a single person, married woman, and mother raising her two daughters here. She's proud to have established a successful market research firm, and now real estate business, as well as a loving home in the place she's always wanted to be. Over the years, Marguerite also lived in Park Slope, Kip's Bay and Greenwich Village, where she and her husband own a large prewar condo on a prime block.
