About Marcus Avila

Marcus Avila has found his calling in real estate through his ability to assist his clients in, navigating through the buying and selling process, with skilled negotiating and compassion for his clients. Born and raised in the San Fernando Valley, Marcus graduated from Cal State University of Northridge with a BA in Sociology and a minor in Criminology and Criminal Justice. This knowledge has sharpened and expanded his critical thinking skills in social environments to get his clients offers accepted. Not only does he specialize in the San Fernando Valley, but has sold homes across Southern California. Marcus is in his 5th year, and received the "Rising Star" award from Century21 Peak in his first year of service. Marcus feels that each of his clients trust him in the biggest financial investment of their lives, because he saw their needs in their destined steps to home.
