About Marci Halfon

Specializing in the Upper West Side where she's lived for over 25 years, Marci has sold in all Manhattan neighborhoods, and from Riverdale to Williamsburg. She is meticulous in everything she does, from staging apartments, to hosting open houses, to bringing win-win transactions to close. Marci prides herself on exceptional client service and a personal touch. She values the long-term relationships she has built with many clients over the years. An accomplished fine artist and graphic designer, Marci also has a keen eye for aesthetics that helps buyers envision the potential of a space, and gives sellers an advantage in making their properties stand out. She previously ran her own business as a decorative painter where she had the opportunity to transform wonderful homes throughout Manhattan, Westchester and the Hamptons. Marci was inspired to pursue real estate as her career nearly a decade ago while restoring neglected Manhattan townhouses with a team of designers and contractors. Marci is a member of the Real Estate Board of New York, and an active member of her Upper West Side community where she raised her two children with her husband.
