Over the past decade I have executed numerous community and business partnerships with Private Corporations and non-profit agencies, including providing business customer relations, in Phoenix Arizona. I am a pioneer in the community development genre as I have been responsible for numerous service activities and community outreach initiatives and events, throughout Maricopa County. I have received great satisfaction in finding ways to help those who have found themselves in tough situations. Not until 2007 did I decided to take those experiences and start a career in Real Estate and continue serving the community. My goal was to grow minority and women homeownership in Arizona; however I had to quickly add helping Homeowners save their homes from foreclosure in Arizona and Maricopa County. I hold a Bachelor's of Science Degree in Business Management backed with many years of experiences as a Regional Marketing Manager with AT&T and Cingular Wireless, with an emphasis in the Hispanic Market which has afforded me a unique set of experiences that have allowed me to work with many diverse people in the community. In my first year with Re/Max New Heights Realty, I was named Rookie of the year and in years to follow, I have been presented with the Re/Max 100% Club award. I attributes my success to providing exceptional service along with professionalism to all of my clients both buyers and sellers. My service areas include; Ahwatukee, Phoenix, Laveen, Goodyear, Tolleson, Avondale, Litchfield Park, Chandler, South Phoenix and Gilbert, Phoenix Metro. My areas of experience include resale homes, new home construction, MLS resale homes and investment properties.
