Layne lives in Myrtle Beach and loves it! Every day she wakes up and revels in how glorious it is to live in the warm, breezy, friendly Coastal South. Layne knows the South intimately. She was born and raised in the Carolinas... the velvet blossoms and intoxicating fragrance of stately magnolias, the chirruping of cicadas, and damp, herbal freshening breezes following afternoon rain showers are embedded in her DNA. Earning her masters degree at UNC-Chapel Hill, Layne was a school psychologist in the public schools for 8 years. She eventually put that down to concentrate on her 3 children, including a pair of twins. She caught the real estate "bug" investing in her own rental property, which turned into her helping friends and clients do the same. Here in the greater Myrtle Beach, Grand Strand area, she has found a passion for helping clients with their primary residence, investment property, and vacation home needs. Layne understands that every real estate transaction is as unique as the individuals involved. She brings her skills of listening deeply, strategic planning, patience, and dedication to take clients from listing or purchase to closed, striving for optimal outcomes every step of the way. Layne lives in Myrtle Beach with her husband, Dean. They enjoy tennis, boating, yoga, cooking, and socializing with friends.
