I obsess over the home buying process so you dont have to! I live in the community I serve. As a resident of Intown Atlanta since 1996 a home owner in East Atlanta Village since 2003, I know what makes the hottest intown neighborhoods unique and desirable. I can also point you to the best entertainment, shopping, and restaurants. I can tell you why that dream home has been on the market for six months. Chances are, Ive already checked it out can tell you exactly what's wrong. It might be a flood plain, low quality construction, a strange floorplan or even just a scary basement that is turning off other buyers. Home buying is, and should be, a process. Im not in this business to make a quick buck. I will take the time necessary to find the perfect house to call home. Life doesnt follow business hours. Neither do I! My hours are flexible to be available when you are. A phone call or face to face meeting beats a text or email 100% of the time.
