Lynda has been fulfilling clients dreams and desires (and occasionally resolving family disputes!) for nearly two decades. Fondly known as a the-jill-of-all-trades for her 360-degree vision and savvy negotiating skills in every transaction - from construction and renovation to staging, sales, rentals and more her abiding spirit is "harmony." Starting with undergraduate and graduate degrees earned in New York (Parsons), San Francisco (Art Institute), Instituto Allende in San Miguel de Allende, and University of Barcelona, Lynda migrated to real estate from a fine arts background that took her all over the world. Her appreciation for high-end settings took root at Novo Arts, the New York-based fine arts consulting firm she co-founded in1988. There, as a principal partner and Managing Director, Lynda developed and curated collections for major global corporations, entertained prospective clients in the companys elegant 7,000 square-foot exhibition space and along the way, amassed a database of thousands of international names, from 15 years serving those who value quality. Now she was armed with prospects and a growing passion for stylish sites, Lynda was ready to step out on her own, fully acquainted with Manhattan properties from bridge to bridge, north to south (not to mention air space!). Lynda has spearheaded new development projects in the Upper West Side, Tribeca and SoHo, leased numerous restaurant/retail spaces and sold multi-million-dollar condominiums and premier properties throughout the city. Her quest and commitment never tire. Her creative concepts have appeared in The New York Times Interiors, The Real Deal, The Mann Report, Crains Business Daily, The Collector Investor, and Corporate Art News. In addition, she has organized major charitable fundraisers, conducted art auctions and spoken before The American Council for the Arts, Young Presidents Organization and New York International Association of Business Communicators. Fluency in Spanish is part of her repertoire. Lyndas astute business sense, refined artistic eye, sensitive matchmaking, and personalized service have earned her the reputation of New York Citys go-to agent among those seeking high-level product and most of all -- trust.
