I love helping people especially when it comes their largest financial asset. I have been selling real estate for 30 years and have sold every type of real estate possible. In the mid to late 1990's I began earning special designations and continue my real estate education because staying ahead of the curve is important to me. Earning special designations not only sets me apart from other Realtors, but these designations help me fine tune my knowledge of real estate specialties and allow me to the do best for my clients assisting and educating them make sound decisions for their circumstances. My designations are: SRES designation (Senior Real Estate Specialist) assisting our older adults in all phases of the aging process, CPRES (Certified Probate Real Estate Specialist) GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), QSC (Quality Service Certified) meaning I provide outstanding service to my clients and the community. 85% of my business in the 1990's came from representing banks selling their REO (Real Estate Owned) properties aka foreclosures and Pre-Foreclosures. Selling foreclosures I came upon heirs on the brink of losing an inherited home because most of the time they were overwhelmed by the loss of a loved one in addition to now being responsible for a home they did not know about the financial details, thus began my specializing in probate properties. Giving back to the community has always been important and high on my list. I've been a volunteer with Special Olympics games, Alzheimer's organization, founding member of the City of LA grassroots community Palms Neighborhood Council, past board member of the So. CA CRS Chapter, President of the LA Westside Sunrise Rotary, Treasurer for an organization assisting the disabled transition back into the workforce. A portion of every closed escrow I donate to Children's Hospital - Children's Miracle Network.
