About Lori Collins

Experience:  Lori has spent the last 20 years working with buyers, sellers and renters in Solano, Napa and Contra Costa counties buy, sell and rent their homes successfully using negotiation, good communication and knowledge of the local community. Lori also operates a successful property management component to her business and offers personalized service to her owners and tenants.  With online access to their accounts and ability to pay and receive their funds by direct deposit owners and tenants are able to stay current.   Lori served as President of the Solano Association of REALTORS in 2008 and as a Director for the California Association of REALTORS from 2007-2009.  She has also served on numerous committees as a member, Chair and Director of our local Association.  She has continued her volunteer involvement by teaching and educating other agents in our local area in technology and real estate related matters   Education: Lori has received extensive real estate education to attain a California Broker's License.  She has also received education sufficient to attain the following credentials:  Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), and At Home with Diversity (AHWD).  Professional Associations: Lori is a members of the Solano Association of REALTORS, the California Association of REALTORS, and the National Association of REALTORS.  Lori is also a member of the Real Estate Buyer's Agency Council, Women's Council of REALTORS, Seniors Real Estate Specialist Council, and the Certified Residential Specialists Council Personal Information: Lori is a fourth generation Vallejoan who attended local schools.  She has been married for 41 years and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren.  Lori has been very involved in the community teaching CPR, volunteering at a local hospital and serving as both a Cub Scout and Boy Scout Leader. She enjoys sailing, reading, watching movies and traveling.
