About Lloyd Snively
Lloyd has lived in Phoenix since he was 2 � years old, and he has now been in the Phoenix area well over 50 years, making him an Honorary Native! Lloyd started in the Real Estate field in 2007 as a Lender with First Horizon, going with Met Life when First Horizon was purchased by Met Life. After becoming a Realtor, he joined Realty One Group in 2014. Prior to his Real Estate life, Lloyd has over 20 years in the Hospitality business working almost all of the possible staff positions up to General Manager, and then as the owner of Magnate Properties, a company that specialized in Managing and Renovating Distressed hotel properties. This helped him with his next endeavor, where he obtained a General Contractors license and developed Design West, a contracting company he owned for 10 years that specialized in Hotel Renovations, Schools and Hospitals, as well as Athletic Fields. In the mid 1990's Lloyd started working for Regal Publications, a company that specializes in Selling Advertising to Resort locations throughout the U.S from Hawaii to Colorado, to St. Thomas, Puerto Rico and St. Croix. He retired from Regal Publications as the Director of National Resort Sales. His varied life experiences have prepared him well for the flexibility of the Buying and Selling process in Real Estate. He believes in the communication needed to keep both sides of the Real Estate transaction informed and comfortable with the process. Recently he has been involved with The Schwartz Team AZ as their top team producer over the past five years, which has given him the experience needed to start his Snively Team in February of 2021, with a diverse Team poised to help you.
