About Liz Kaiser

My real estate career started at 18 under the sweltering sun of Phoenix, Arizona. I am a proud University of Richmond alum (Go Spiders!), and my passion for real estate and city living has landed me in our nations capital. As a resident of the District, I live the life that I work to sell. Whether buying or selling, it is important to have an advocate on your side that understands each step. With over a decade in the business, I understand the emotions and dedication that go into making a move from the first time you see the blank canvas potential, to the moment the keys are in your hand. The process can come with its share of challenges, and I work to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I truly believe that buying a home and selling a home are true accomplishments that are meant to be celebrated. Personally, there is nothing better than a good pair of cowboy boots, the cherry blossoms in bloom, an arm full of bangles, getting your passport stamped and a pop of color. When I am not found selling real estate, I am busy taking in all that Washington, DC has to offer or relaxing at my cabin in Virginia. My fianc and I live in Capitol Hill with a pet cow (life-size statue!) in our front yard. I firmly believe it is important to always have fun in life and celebrate the things that make you happy.
