About Liz Dawes

A Florida licensed agent since 1990, Liz began her career with ERA in Boca Raton, while earning her Bachelor of Science in Marketing at Florida Atlantic University. Fueled by curiosity, she seized every opportunity to learn all facets of the industry: from residential sales, to managing one of the highest producing RE/MAX firms in the country, to founding the first of its kind transaction management firm, tallying over 300 closings during their first year. To feed her artistic spirit, she also obtained a degree in photography and launched an architecture & interior design photography service in 1997. By leveraging her creative, marketing & real estate expertise, she works closely with custom builders and interior designers to showcase their work. Her keen eye for composition and styling is a resource her clients love to tap into while staging their homes to sell for top dollar or to enjoy for themselves.Liz's caring and creative nature is perfect for listening to buyers with empathy & patience while helping them find their new home and skillfully featuring a home's unique characteristics for each seller using the latest technology & innovative marketing initiatives. Delivering more value than expected and providing personalized follow up beyond the contract, are her distinct trademarks. Her most rewarding venture to date has been partnering with her husband to establish a home-based, classical program to educate their son & daughter; two independent & self motivated high-schoolers, whose classroom is the world.
