About Lisa Sinclair

Lisa Sinclair's passion is Real Estate. Whether she is selling an apartment or helping someone find the "Perfect Home", she listens carefully to the needs of her clients and develops an individualized plan to achieve their goals. While she deals with high-end buyers, sellers and investors citywide, the focus of Lisa's work is concentrated around the condos, co-ops and lofts found in Tribeca, SoHo and Downtown. It's a natural fit for her, since Tribeca has been her family's neighborhood for over 10 years, and SoHo is like a 'home away from home'. Lisa knows the neighborhoods, restaurants, schools and parks of these communities like the back of her hand. What ties it all together for Lisa and her clients is their shared love for the city. A born-and-bred New Yorker, Lisa has traveled around the world yet can't imagine herself living anywhere else. Prior to joining Douglas Elliman, Lisa was as an executive at Time Warner. Lisa served as director of new business/sales and marketing for Time Warner - Warner Custom Music, where she was responsible for new business, sales and marketing for Warner Music Group's corporate marketing division. She was the director for Warner / Chappell Music Publishing's special projects department. Focusing on song placement for film, T.V., advertising and theatre. Lisa earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Northridge University and has an Associates degree in Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York. She is active in MusiCares, the Screen Actors Guild and AFTRA. Lisa serves on the board of directors for People Reaching Out and is actively involved with Petra Nemcova's Happy Hearts Fund.
