About Lingyu Liu

Lingyu Liu, a native of China, has moved to the US in 2003 and has called Los Angeles home since 2010. After receiving a BA in Economics from University of Rochester and an MS in Global Business from Pepperdine University Graziadio Business School, Liu coupled her background in development and laws of economics and her passion for design into her real estate career. Utilizing her backgrounds to clearly analyze deals and her innate and learned ability to listen to her clients' needs, Liu has prided herself in providing thoughtful and impactful advice to her clients.When Liu is not helping her clients with their real estate strategies and goals, she enjoys volunteering at both Pasadena Humane Society, Dress for Success and Hsi Lai Temple. She also enjoys hiking, biking and practicing yoga. Liu is fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese and Teochew.SHOW LESS
