She then parlayed her luxury hotel experience and transitioned to on-site sales and marketing of luxury New Development Condominiums on The Upper West Side. Years later, Linette joined a real estate firm on the Upper East Side where she had the unique opportunity to appear on four episodes of HGTV's hit TV show Selling New York. Linette has been interviewed on PIX 11 News, FOX 5 News, and featured on MTV's The City. Linette's opinions have also been printed in The New York Times, The New York Post, The Real Deal, and Resident Magazine, to name a few. Linette was born in the Dominican Republic and is fluent in Spanish. She moved to New York City at the age of 13 and�grew up in The Bronx. She�has lived in Downtown Manhattan since 2005.�Linette now resides on Park Avenue in Midtown with her husband, a�Senior Private Banker at J.P. Morgan Private Bank, and her young daughter. Linette volunteers at two renowned and well-respected NYC charitable organizations that help children need. In her free time, Linette enjoys running outdoors and working out at Equinox, as well as going to museums, art galleries, and Broadway shows.�
