In 2007, we decided to begin a new adventure in the real estate industry and while our first passion is for investing in and renovating homes, our love of customer service led to a successful career as Top Producing Agents at Keller Williams Realty and the designation of Realtor with the National & California Association of Realtors. We believe that successful real estate transactions come about as a result of clear communication, understanding and trust between client and agent. How do we establish such relationships? By listening, paying attention to our clients' wants, wishes and needs, and employing some of our strongest virtues; patience, persistence and good-old-fashion hard work. It is our goal is to take such good care of our clients, that they will recommend us to all their friends and family. For this reason and because going above and beyond is the norm for us, more than 75% of our clients are repeats and referrals. We have an extensive list of partners to ensure a smooth and easy transaction. Everything from the very best lenders, inspectors, escrow and title reps in the business to contractors for everything and anything that a home may need. As an added bonus we are fluent Spanish speakers. We have been blessed to help guide hundreds of buyers, sellers and investors through their real estate transactions throughout Los Angeles and Orange County and even aided in referring just the right agent outside of the area.
