Leo Betancourt is a tenacious, driven, and successful individual with years of experience in the Real Estate industry. Growing up in the Long Beach area and coming from a family that didnt have a lot, motivated Leo to achieve more. Initially licensed as a salesperson in 1998 and as a broker in 2004, Leo was originally interested in law enforcement but found a passion and gift for real estate at the age of 28. He is the CEO of RE/MAX TerraSol and is currently managing four different office locations with over 100 agents. As a detail-oriented individual, Leo will focus on whatever he needs to succeed. He has an entrepreneurial mindset that is client-focused and strongly believes that its important to serve others and he does this with both his clientele as a realtor and the agents that work for him. By focusing on the clients or agents needs, Leo believes he gets more back in return. He has won top sales awards in the RE/MAX system as a realtor, underscoring his professionalism and passion. As a company owner, RE/MAX TerraSol was named Brokerage of the Year for the California/Hawaii region in 2016. When he is not working, you can find Leo spending time with his children or an evening of fine dining and wine tasting throughout the great state of California.
