About Lena Sells

Lena Sells began her career in real estate at the entry level position at the age of 25, working for a small real estate investment company in Hilton Head (PIPGroup.com). Fast Forward 8 years and she has risen to Chief Operating Officer of the The PIP Group and being named 1 of only 50 Emerging Women in Real Estate, by The Five Star Institute in 2017. Lena has transacted hundreds of millions of dollars in real estate investments on behalf of the company she runs and its investors worldwide. Lena chose to obtain her Real Estate License in both Georgia and South Carolina, in 2019, as a means to more efficiently serve her company, as well as represent local first time buyers and seasoned investors within our markets.
