About Len Nevin

Len Nevin is a fourth-generation Real Estate professional who can tie his roots to Chicago since before the Great Chicago Fire of 1871. He began his Real Estate career in the spring of 2003 in Chicago. Being a fourth-generation Real Estate professional is something he is very proud of. From his Great Grandfather who had a thriving business until the Great Depression to his recently late Grandfather who taught him to the value of customer service, he feels Real Estate is the family business and is happy to be a part of it. Len launched Loyalty Home Group in May of 2017 with the idea that the real estate transaction should be transparent. That the agent and the client are working hand-in-hand to move towards the client's goal. He also believes the agent should act with a sense of urgency on behalf of their client. It is with these beliefs that Loyalty Home Group approaches all that we do on behalf of our clients.
