I have called the Hawaiian Islands home either full or part-time for nearly 28 years and been on Maui full time for over 18 years. Of that, 17 years has been as a full-time active Realtor. I do work on all parts of the island though I concentrate on Kihei and Wailea since I live, love and enjoy the sunny "south side" of Maui! I work in both residential and condo sales for primary, secondary home and/or investment properties. As the longest serving Keller Williams Agent on Maui, I have been a Top Producer, Top Listor, and Top Sales throughout my career. It's my pleasure to put expertise, experiences, attention to detail and successes to work for you and your referrals in assisting with any decision to buy or sell real estate. The lifestyle that Maui offers is something I love to share with others and is why the website is named "Living Maui Style." Holding the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR), the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certified (SFR) and the Resort and Second Property Specialist (RSPS) designations, gives me a leg up on other agents. I obtained my first real estate license at age 18 and joined my grandfather's agency in New Jersey. After graduating high school as Class Salutatorian, I attended Miami University, Oxford, Ohio on a full academic scholarship from the United States Navy, earned a B.F.A. and became a U.S. Naval Officer upon graduation, was selected for flight school placing me in the top 1% of his peers nationwide and flew with VP-17 out of Barber's Point, Oahu, Hawaii. Maui being my favorite island also made it easy to end up on Maui full time and back in real estate. I've held and active Hawaii Realtor's license since January 2003 with a very first sale being a $1M + transaction! Having been in Public Relations for both the United States Navy and the National Park Service, I enjoy meeting and working with people which are reasons why a career in real estate is an ideal choice. Accessibility, care and top priority being the client has made for numerous referrals from clients, friends and relatives.
