About Lauren Krawczyk

Lauren is the Co-Team Leader of the DMK (DiMartino Krawczyk) Group at Douglas Elliman. In 2020, the DMK Group earned the "Pinnacle" award finishing in the top 2% of agents company-wide. She has received the award for #3 of St. Petersburg real estate agents on social media in 2021 and #4 in 2020. Lauren has closed over $89,000,000 since 2015. She has called St. Petersburg home since 2012 and in that time, gained extensive knowledge of what makes the area such a sought-after place to live. From the market trends and the most exclusive luxury property offerings to the city itself with its unique neighborhoods and popular events, she is connected to her community at the highest level and has a true passion for the people and the natural beauty of the area.Lauren is keenly tuned in to the needs of her clients guiding them through every step of a transaction. Her extensive market knowledge, out-of-the-box thinking, and excellent communication skills have made her a success in the Tampa Bay market. Her client service and sales skills were honed over several years working with a large Commercial Developer in Jacksonville.Originally from South Carolina, Lauren developed a passion for equestrian sports. She was a competitive jumper, rode on the University of South Carolina Equestrian Team, and today still enjoys being involved with the equestrian community. Lauren studied Fashion Merchandising at the University of South Carolina. She is very involved with the community and is a board member for Heels to Heal, a non-profit organization dedicated to helping survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence receive the resources necessary for healing, and she chairs the annual fashion show in St Petersburg. She enjoys CrossFit, running, kayaking, and all of the events, restaurants, and all of the local gems that St. Pete has to offer.
