She is a long time Clearwater resident and a graduate of Eckerd College. She remains actively involved with various civic and charitable organizations in the community.Laura's sense of civic duty and her family background fuels her desire to work with Military families. her grandfather was a WWI Veteran, her father a WWII Veteran, and her son is retired Air Force. Currently she has two grandsons serving in the Air Force, and another grandson in the Coast Guard and a nephew in the Navy.
