I've been a realtor since 2003, working full-time to help people buy and sell real estate. I love what I do. From experience, I'd say the most important is the ability to discover and address the diverse needs of my clients. Being able to listen and respond to my clients' needs is the essence of good service, and everything I do strives to meet this objective. I'm an experienced business owner with an MBA in finance and marketing. I believe in excellent communication and customer service. Prior to my career in real estate, I owned and operated a market research business for 15 years. More than 90 percent of revenues were from repeat business. This wouldn't have been possible if we didn't have good communication with clients and vendors or provide excellent customer service.
