About Larry Culbertson

Larry Culbertson joined PalmerHouse Properties as president and director of PHP Commercial, the commercial division of PalmerHouse Properties, in January of 2015. Kevin Palmer and Larry Culbertson formed PHP Commercial to provide PalmerHouse associates in Georgia and Florida with the training, technology, marketing tools and resources to succeed in the Southeast commercial market. As president and managing director of PHP Commercial, Larry has more than 18 years of sales and management experience in the commercial real estate sector, including his most recent leadership role within Keller Williams Realty as Associate Broker, where he led the development of new business divisions and trained commercial agents nationwide. In Larry's own words: "We are creating a specialized team dedicated to the sale of all major product types including office, retail, hospitality, industrial, land, and multifamily. Our team will be distinguished by access and credibility, experience, outstanding client service, and a proven track record.
