About Laila Ajabi

Laila has a passion and desire for helping those achieve their real estate dreams and goals. She prides herself on honesty, trustworthiness, dedication and expertise. Her absolute goal as a Real Estate Professional, is to ultimately match her clients with their wants, needs and desire for their home or investment property. Being an L.A. Native, Laila offers knowledge and awareness in the many cities of the San Fernando Valley. Right off the bat, Laila's clients realize she is a hustler and looks out for their best interest throughout the process and transaction. Having learned from a very young age from entrepreneurial parents in Real Estate & the Business Sector and worked at one of Hollywood's Television Networks for 8 years in Research, Laila has extensive research skills and knowledge when it comes down to identifying the subject property for her clients. Laila is an excellent communicator, listener and detail-oriented. She provides value and dedication to all her clients. Her specialties include, representing both buyers and sellers across the San Fernando Valley. Born and raised in the Los Angeles area, Laila attended The University of Southern California and graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Master's Degree in Human Behavior and a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology. During Laila's free time she likes to spend time with her family and friends- enjoying Malibu's Zuma beach, going to concerts, attending soccer games and taking a 'staycation' to Palm Springs. The two charities that are near and dear to Laila's heart is St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Disabled American Veterans.
