A Realtor since 1994, I have called Coachella Valley home for almost 20 years. I was first introduced to Palm Springs in the early 80's and have watched this Valley grow and thrive, helping many Buyers and Sellers along the way. While highly skilled in traditional homes and resort condominiums, many of my transactions have been with either second home Buyers or first time Buyers. Taking the plunge to become a Coachella Valley homeowner is both overwhelming and exciting! I am with them every step of the way. Growing up in Big Bear Lake as a contractor's/land developers daughter, I have been around real estate since I was a child. In my mid 20's, my father and I partnered up with building spec homes in Big Bear Lake. Home is where the heart is.... it is so satisfying to find or build the perfect "happy" place for families.
