I'm a full-time real estate agent. Actually, much more than full time. I love what I do, so quite often it really doesn't feel like work. Don't ever hesitate to call, email or text me, anytime! If I'm not readily available, I'll get back to you as quickly as I can. I'm here to help two parties (you and your buyer) find each other and complete a transaction with a minimum of fuss and headache. One of the reasons I affiliate with Keller Williams is because one of their tenets is "win-win or no deal" and I can't agree more wholeheartedly. It doesn't hurt that KW is the number one real estate company in the area and the support they'll provide is invaluable! As an individual agent, I'm committed to being hands-on throughout your transaction including hosting your open houses myself whenever possible. I have a full support staff made up of a transaction coordinator, a marketing director and affiliate buyer agents but when it comes to marketing your home and negotiating your sale, I will always be the point person. Selling a home can be an emotional experience, whether you've lived there a short time or for generations. One of the skills I'm most proud of is my ability to keep the process as stress-free as possible and help make your move a positive one. It begins with doing my homework about your needs and objectives, helping you prepare your home for sale, pricing it correctly and providing professional marketing services. It doesn't stop there, I'll be with you every step of the way from negotiating offers, through your inspections and on to the closing. I know my community, and my logo is Love Where You Live for good reason. I grew up in Boxborough, attended the Acton Boxborough schools, came home after college to build a home and have been here ever since. My children went through the school system and now they're putting down their own roots and raising their children here. When you hire me you're hiring someone truly invested in the community, and I convey that love and excitement to the buyers looking at your home. I'm busy enough to be happy and successful, yet not so busy that I can't take a personal interest in every client. The sale of your home is as important to me as it is to you.
