About Kristen Partipilo

Kristen Partipilo, a partner with Lisa Kirshner Properties, is valued amongst colleagues and clients alike by virtue of her creativity, market knowledge andabove alltight-knit relationships that she forms with each and every client. Kristen's interest in residential real estate stems from frequenting houses with her father as a child, which gradually grew into a curiosity about the people who lived within and a willingness to help others fulfill their dreams of living there. After building a successful career in marketing, Kristen decided to turn her passion into a profession, having served notable sales from Venice to Malibu and joining the Lisa Kirshner Properties team. Born and raised in Pacific Palisades, Kristen spent her youth exploring the many corners of Los Angeles, and continues to be a student of the city's complexity. After four years at UC Santa Barbara, where she graduated with a B.A. in Communication with an emphasis in Advertising and Media Effects, she returned home to put her fine-tuned analytical and social skills to use. Kristen is known for her rational, genuine and playful nature, and her ability to elicit a sense of trust amongst those she meets.
