About Kitt Bua

In an overwhelmingly complex and ever-evolving New York market, Kitt prides himself on keeping things pragmatic and simple. For nearly half a decade, Kitt has been a problem solver in hundreds of transactions of varying location and type. From Condos on Wall Street to Co-ops in Riverdale; from multi-family dwellings in Queens to numerous single-family homes all throughout Long Island, Kitt has a wide range of experience. He got his real estate wheels underneath him at a small Brooklyn-based family firm where was he fortunate enough to work in an intimate environment alongside a multi-billion-dollar landlord. There, he handled countless rentals all across Western Brooklyn (From Bay Ridge to Fort Greene) and dozens of Co-op sales in Park Slope, Prospect Heights, Clinton Hill and Crown Heights. Kitt also has experience in Commercial rentals. Kitt has truly found his fire for life in Real Estate. His passion for architecture is blatant and the fulfillment he receives from observing his clients' light up as they step into their new home for the first time is unrelenting. The same certainly goes for his sellers, as he feels their joy of what a successful sale will bring for their future. When it comes down to it, Kitt is a real people person. He basks in the success of his peers and finds true joy in aiding all around him with great enthusiasm. In his free time, Kitt enjoys a range of different outlets. He is a New York Yankee fanatic, but also knows the taste of defeat by following The New York Jets and Knicks. He also goes to The Garden to see The Rangers play as often as he can. Outside of sports, Kitt LOVES music. Some of his favorite musicians are Frank Sinatra, Brand New, Elton John, Kanye West, Bruce Springsteen, Eminem and Linkin Park. Kitt hits the gym regularly, he enjoys delving into comic books and is not afraid to tear it up on the dance floor. If anything defines Kitt's success, it is that he aids all around him to be more successful. He is one of six children and a VERY proud uncle over many times. He has a vast network of friends that consists of childhood buddies going back more than 25 years and a large Hofstra based fraternity that he remains very active in. Kitt cherishes the good fortune of working with his friends and family as it provides the opportunity for all parties involved to achieve financial success and stronger emotional bonds.
