Hello, my name is Kirt. I was born and raised right here in the Rogue Valley. In fact, my family has lived in Southern Oregon since 1910. I come from a farming background which included peach and pear orchards (mostly pear). I started working at a very young age which taught me the strong work ethic that is extremely valuable in any business. Following my farming background, I started getting into construction. My first experience was doing remodels and eventually into new construction. Since then, I have built 28 homes in Ashland and a total of 6 units in Medford. My success was credited to the strong work ethic that I acquired growing up. I apply this to my real estate business and it has helped me become the success that I am today.
