About Kirk Giannola

Kirk Giannola

Licensed Real Estate Broker at Compass [email protected]
Real Estate was not the original career path for Kirk but has proven to be an industry that he thrives in. After attending Purdue University as a flight major, he came to Chicago in hopes of pursuing a career as a pilot. He initially worked as a flight instructor but unfortunately did not have enough students and decided to pursue another path. That path turned out to be in real estate. Starting as a field representative, he got to know the city of Chicago quite well while driving to all areas of the city for property inspections. Quickly moving up in the industry, he was promoted and worked many areas from property preservation to pre-marketing to sales while ending as an office manager. Kirk moved out of the office when he received his brokers license. As a Licensed Broker, Kirk started in residential and multi-unit sales specializing in short sales and foreclosures. From there he moved his focus toward investment properties finding prime rental properties and short foreclosure resource rehabs. Finding a niche in real estate investment, he started working in Chicago property acquisitions. As a broker and investment analyst, Kirk brokered over 100 property sales all over the Chicago area and gained an even more intimate knowledge of the city and its suburbs. Kirk promises to be a vital asset to the team bringing his extensive knowledge and real estate experience specializing in emerging Chicago markets. Currently, he is focusing on the booming Wicker Park and Ukrainian Village neighborhoods and hopes to be the go-to man in these areas soon.
