Kimberly is a Charleston native with 10 years of experience working in real estate and new construction. Kimberly started in real estate while attending the University of South Carolina as an assistant to a land developer. Through that experience she was able to learn about land and community development, and was introduced to a new home builder and real estate sales. From there she transitioned into an administrative role with the new home builder. During her time there she focused on marketing, sales training, contracts, and reports. She was able to learn from the best agents in Columbia on how to market as a seller's agent and how to help buyers with their new home purchase. Tired of sitting on the sidelines, Kimberly made the jump into the real estate world full time. Within her first 5 months as an agent, she sold over $1 million real estate and won the Stephen D. Pope Award - Rookie of the Year from the Columbia Home Builder's Association. Since then Kimberly has won numerous awards for her performance working with both buyers and sellers�EUR"ranging from over 95% willingness to refer rate, 100% client satisfaction rate, or multi-million dollar sales year awards. Her main passion is helping people make the right decision, whether that is buying or selling, and believes in being straight-forward and giving clients truthful answers. When Kimberly is not working she can be found exploring many of the local parks and waterways around the Lowcountry, with at least one of her three dogs in tow. Charleston allows for so many outdoor activities, and try to finding as many ways to enjoy the sunshine as possible.
