Finding everyone their perfect place in the world has been a lifelong passion for Kim. In fact, she guided her parents to their current home at just 8 years old! Kim is genuine, honest, and persistent, and her enthusiasm for everything Austin makes each home search or sale an enjoyable journey. Kim cultivated her deal-making skills during an award-winning career in luxury retail sales management at Bloomingdales and Nordstrom. In that field, she recruited and trained talent, launched new stores, and managed departments with sales volumes exceeding $120 million annually. Kim credits the fast-paced, high-pressure career with honing her world-class client service skills and unfailing grace under pressure. Today, she is a proud member of The FAB Property Group at Compass, dedicated to delivering a fabulous experience for clients across Greater Austin, specializing in Downtown, South Austin and West Lake Hills, where she resides. Originally from Tampa, Florida, Kim attended the University of Miami on a full scholarship and earned a bachelor's degree in business administration in international finance and marketing. She lived in Houston and New York City before settling in Austin five years ago. In her free time, Kim enjoys travel and spending time with friends, including her beloved French bulldog, Isabelle.
