About Kim Holt

Grown up on a ranch in southwest North Dakota I learned what hard work and integrity is all about. I moved to the Black Hills in 1995 and worked for a trucking company where I met my husband. I am the mother of one and was fortunate enough to be a stay at home mom for 8 years. Once our daughter got older I decided to get my Real Estate License and go back to work. I have knowledge of the Black Hills and my passion is helping people whether it be helping a first time home buyer, or selling your existing home and helping you find your dream home. I'm here to help! My approach is simple, I will work hard for you as if it was my own transaction, I'm honest and always answer my phone if I'm not with a client.
