He'd lived all over the US, as well as in South Korea and Britain. Early in their relationship, they continued to pursue their individual careers, but with marriage and a baby, new priorities arose. After looking into a number of opportunities they chose a very specialized niche of the real estate world called property preservation and were wildly successful. It was hard work, but rewarding.Over time the market changed and so had they. Coming to a crossroads, they realized real estate was something they understood, but the roles they'd pursued were far removed from the joys of home ownership. In fact, they realized they'd been focusing on all the headaches and heartaches of real estate for years. It was time to move on. Measuring their knowledge and skills against what they'd observed of residential real estate, they realized they had the heart, mind, experience and ambition to serve the needs of buyers and sellers. Adjusting their sails for their new venture, they pursued their real estate licenses and considered where to hang their hat. With Kevin's background in a military family, they have a particular passion for helping veteran and military families, as well as other families where careers keep them moving.
