His success led to an acquisition by in early 2018 where he now leads his diverse full service team.� Kevin specializes in investment sales, residential sales, rentals and furnished rentals. He also owns a property management company focused on individual condominium and apartment building management throughout New York City. The KG team includes an investment sales specialist, transaction manager, director of marketing and research, lead leasing agent, and several junior agents. All members are highly skilled in real estate sales and leasing, marketing, and financial analysis.� Kevin brings a hands-on approach to his growing client rostrum of US and international customers, reflecting a customer service philosophy he initially cultivated as a senior accountant at Deloitte and Touche.
