We are proud to welcome our daughter, Shelby Hess, to the Kent Swartz Real Estate Team. Kent Swartz and his wife, Joanne, as well as Shelby, are lifelong residents of Wayne County and are happy to share their knowledge of the real estate market here in beautiful Northeastern Pennsylvania! Shelby joins her mom and dad who have 50 years of combined experience in real estate. Kent and Joanne are known for their excellent client service with an honest and ethical approach to the business. Joanne serves as the team's transaction coordinator and administrative assistant. Kent has served as the President of the Pike-Wayne Association of REALTORS and has twice been honored as their REALTOR of the YEAR. He is a graduate of Penn State University, a veteran of the US Air Force, and served in the White House Communications Agency for which he received the Presidential Service Badge and Certificate. He is a former agricultural schoolteacher at Wayne Highlands, and also served as the Executive Director for the USDA Farm Service Agency both here and in Arizona. Kent and Joanne were instrumental in bringing Keller Williams into our area in 2010 which has now grown into a market center with over 100 real estate professionals. Shelby has extensive background in the banking and mortgage industry and will work with us as our Buyer Specialist. She brings to our team a fresh approach with an interest in utilizing Keller William's innovative technology tools and social media platforms.
