Kenny is a Los Angeles native and graduated cum laude from the University of California, Berkeley in 1990, with a BA in Economics. He has extensive experience in commercial real estate with nearly 400 successfully closed multifamily real estate transactions valued at more than $1 Billion Dollars. Kenny is a proud Federation Major Donor of The Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, as well as an active member of the National Multi-Housing Group, The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce, and is a chair member of The Guardians of the Los Angeles Jewish Home.
